Welcome to the Town of Newfields Portal. Here is where we are hosting Newfields projects. Several energy projects are also under development in Newfields. In addition to our wind anenometer at the Water Treatment Plant, we are beginning to inventory, benchmark and explore options with the Town's own energy use. Finally, and most importantly, we are looking at ways to work with our community to make solar affordable and accessible to all our residents. We are trying to make energy expenditures a part of our economic stability and investment in local resources. Following the Berkeley model, we are leading the way to examine public-private partnerships in solar energy.
