Regulations
Application
The Epping Planning Board has one application for all items to the Board - you may file the application electronically with the Planning Board office but the labels for abutter notification must be physically delivered to the office. The Board requires one set of plans at 11 x 17 and one full size set in most cases for paper file storage but will accept electronic filing in .pdf format. Once filed, the applications will be placed on the wiki site at the agenda page.

Rules of Procedure
Adopted under the requirements of RSA 676:1 and RSA 676:4, these regulations manage the process of the Board.
Subdivision Regulations
These regulations are adopted in accordance with RSA 674:35 and the content is guided by RSA 674:36 and control the subdivision of land and the relocation of lot lines on parcels in Epping, follow this link:

Waiver Requests
All of Epping's Regulations have provisions for waivers to be granted. In order to insure that these waivers are properly considered, please use the sheet provided to submit the waivers - the New Hampshire Supreme Court has become increasingly strict on the granting of waivers to insure that Boards are properly reviewing these matters.
Driveway Regulations and Permits
In accordance with RSA 236:116, the Planning Board has delegated the administrative authority to issue driveway permits to the Board of Selectmen and the Department of Public Works.
